Frequently
Asked Questions
Do
I need to book a place?
Yes,
as there are only a limited number of spaces. (We don’t like
to have more than 3 girls to a pole).
You should book as soon as you can so a place can be reserved for
you.
If you are unable to attend a class one week, no problem. Just let
us know by email or phone.
If
each course is 6 weeks long, do I have to pay for 6 weeks straight
up?
No,
it’s not necessary you pay that way, Polesation like to give
you the choice. Our usual method is that you pay a week in advance,
for example ……. if you attend one week and decide you
want to return the following week, you would pay for that week as
well, to secure your place in the class.
Other pole dancing companies usually ask for 6 weeks up front.
We understand not everyone has got a wad of money spare to pay for
the entire course, so we ask for a week in advance just to secure
your place.
If
for any reason you are unable to attend the following week, then
we'll happily make up the lesson at one of our other classes. You
just need to contact us with as much notice as possible so a space
can be reserved for you.
If
paying for lessons up front suits you better then that’s not
a problem. However many you’d like to pay for; 1 lesson, 3
lessons or a 6 week course we want to work with what suits you.
If you are undecided as to what to do, then please contact
me and we can go through the best payment method for you.
What
should I wear?
To
perform the moves you do need bare legs and arms so we recommend
shorts or a skirt and T-shirt or vest top.
We understand some women are uncomfortable bearing their legs, so
you're more than welcome to wear jogging bottoms, but you may be
unable to perform the tricks quite as well.
Come along, get a feel for things and see how comfortable you feel.
Do
I have to have muscles like superwoman to join?
Not
at all. There are all levels of fitness in the classes.
At the beginning we teach you basic moves which will break you into
pole dancing. Then as the weeks go by and your body develops, gets
stronger and more toned, you will be able to perform harder moves.
Who
attends the classes?
Women
of all ages, shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
We’ve taught women who have had children, recently divorced,
students, housewives, office workers, beauticians ..... the list
is endless!
The classes are very sociable, friendly and have a welcoming atmosphere.
So anyone and everyone is welcome.
Variety is the spice of life!
